Old growth Amer. Chestnut

Since I sold my last Amer. Chestnut, I'm in need of more. Would prefer 2 pieces and not wormy. Solid growth wanted and story or history prefered. Thanks in advance

You might check with McBryde here on the forum. I got a piece from him at our meeting last weekend. My piece has a few small worm holes, but not bad at all. I think he said it came from a barn about 150 years old.

Don't know if it's what you are looking for but Exotics has the Washington Chestnut (bit pricey) but great story.
