Ok, I'll bite, what is a rubber chucky?

I was just reading another posting here and someone mentioned the Rubber Chucky. Has anyone ever used one, what and how are they used and how do they relate to pen making?

I use rubber chuckie seals for vacuum chucking -- but not for pens. They have some different buffing arrangements at attractive prices, and sell abrasives too.

Looking at the Rubber Chuckie web page, looks like they might be moving to the bullet pen accessory game.

I use the system for making pepper mills. It works out great. I have not tried it for pen making.

I have an Anything chucky i won in a raffle. Ive used it a few times to hold bowls for sanding where i didnt want to leave marks on them.
I also used it to hold a piece i was drilling on the lathe because the shank was too big for my hand drill

Looks interesting, I have never heard of it before! I would also love to hear more from people who have used them.
