Great Communication and Excellent Craftsmanship, After I wasn't able to receive my original order, due to my mistake, Michael immediately offered to recast the pen blanks. I received the new order in record time and will be able meet the deadline for a silent auction that provides scholarship funds to students pursuing a career in the home building industry and related trades.
