Oh no, not green again!

I got a few dyed and stabilized Boxelder burl half blanks in a grab bag recently. One was green and one natural. When I got the green turned, there were quite a few tiny points of green dye, but it just didn't look right like it was or with the natural bottom barrel. I used a green highlighter to match the two. 8mm Designer (Parker refill), CA finish.

Billy, I hate to say this, but it just doesn't do a thing for me. I think its something about the green. The (pardon the expression) "penmanship" is great though[]

Thanks, Don. That's okay, John, I've been getting the same kind of reviews from my biggest fans. So far we're running about 50/50.

It looks ok to me but with my genetic flaw,color blind red & green alot of things look different. I like the grain pattern.
