looking for a OU pen blank does anyone laser cut them or do I need to go with just their colors this is a gift so not worried about logo infringments

You might try ordering a OU decal from Mud Hole College Rod Decals | mudhole.com and use that.

be careful I ordered some fish and shark decals to make pens for my grandsons and the were too thick. to put on the pens unless I coasted under clear casting.

I wanted to use them as my other decals which are thin enough to cover with CA.

Just use your computer, MS Word/Pages and an ink-jet printer to print your favorite OU designs on clear decal paper available online and at Hobby Lobby or similar venues.
