the blank was made using, Embossed Aluminum Tape, Copper Tape, Beaten Copper Wire and paint
i tried to combine Glow powder into the green paint, it made the paint a funny color and DIDN'T Glow
so i figured its no use seeing a pen in the dark coz you can't write in the dark anyway
