Got this piece of Mesquite from a bag of smoking chunks. Thought it would look better on a bottle stopper than in the smoker!

I got mine from the grocery store:biggrin:. Probably burned thousands before I realized that the chunks were big enough to turn

Nice Stopper!! How was the meat?

Ribs were GREAT! Used hickory chips and a dry rub. Fell off the bone. Now, it I can just figure how to segment the bones to make a pen.
