I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I found this last night and thought I'd post since I grabbed one. It is "refurbished" but it appears that it just has no retail packaging. The retailer seems well regarded, based in Canada. Free shipping and it seems extremely quick as mine is estimated to arrive on Friday. Use code extra10, it came out to $107.10 for the bundle to my door. The cheapest I've seen a G3 is $99+shipping+tax and that was not the bundle. Only 2 refurbs in stock.
Seems like a great option for someone who doesn't have a chuck yet/wants to upgrade to a G3. They also have new bundles for $144 after coupon, the second cheapest I've seen(with the refurb being the cheapest).
