Hello, folks, I hope everyone is doing OK and everyone is safe. I haven't been around much, since had too much going on with the death of friends and family affairs. However, for those of my friends here who wonder what the heck happened to Philly, i am to say that I am OK, and hopefully I can get back into saddle and make some shavings. I have heard about the devastation in MS, and GA and I am very much saddened by the events going on. I am praying that whose of you who live in these States are fine and didn't sustained much physical damages and or lost any loved ones in the aftermath. I was just dropping this note to see how everyone is doing and let you all know that I am fine.
Thanks for reading this post.

Hey Cindy you can come back to Calif. now, the rain has stopped and it is getting warmer. Hold it chance of showers and snow over the pass Sunday.
Boy when summer gets here it is going from 70 to 105 in 3 days. Our Neighborhood watch group met with FEMA and Corps of Engineers about our Flood map and require Insurance the other night, they brought pictures of the devastation in the south wow, I really feel for them. Our maps are getting changes for the better so our Insurance will go down finally. Do you have Earthquake Ins?

I came across the desert last night with the thunder and lightening storms. Quite a bit of rain. Left Winnamucca at 6 am this morning and crossed Donner Summit at about 1030 AM and there was no rain, just a lot of wind.

Yes, I do have earthquake insurance. I had a structural engineer come and evaluate the house after the 1989 quake and he gave me instructions of what needed to be done. I have bolted the house to the foundations, put up sheer wall and reinforced all of the cross beams. He then came and re-inspected and sent a letter to my insurance company and I have had earthquake insurance ever since the. It is not cheap.

Thank you guys for thinking of me, I am still around ,but not much on IAP, I guess now that I am just recovering form the back problem it's time to catch up with the honey-do lists which never stops, and keeps on giving all the time. Now I have to jump in there and keep my promise for the PITH before i get myself booted form here. Thanks again.
