I had an idea last night so I decided to try it. I guess you could call it an experiment. I didn't know if it would work but hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Homebrew PR for the cap and inside the cartridge. I'm pretty happy with the results but the next ones will be more colorful. Stay tuned!

I'm guessing that whoever loaded that round miscalculated the powder load. ;)

Great idea, and the pen is a really nice change from the standard cartidges I often see.

Used the wheel radius portion on a belt sander (or a spindle sander) to make the holes then?

You know what'd be cool? Do that same cutout and cast some fake powder into the hole, making the cuts in the casing large enough to show the backside of the 'slug'. You know what I mean? Like a cross section of an actual live round? Listen, I want partial credit for the idea if you pull it off. [:p]
