I purchased the Joyner off center jig from Niles Bottle Stoppers about a month ago. The jig is great, a lot of fun to play with, but I found when working off center the thumb screws would loosen causing wobble and catches. I Emailed them and promptly got a call from Carl Jacobson. We had a great conversation (what a nice guy) and he mailed me some replacement without the plastic caps so that I could use a hex key on them. Problem fixed. I couldn't wish for better customer service. Check out Carl's turning videos on Youtube, they're very good. I'd definitely recommend Niles Bottle Stoppers for your turning needs, I'd also recommend the Joyner jig for off center turning.
