Niles and stainlessbottlestoppers.com sizes

I've been looking at the mandrels on niles and stainlessbottlestoppers.com they look to me the same sizes. I like the niles just fine. The mandrel from stainlessbottlestoppers.com is updated version. Just wanted to know. I also have heard they worked together years ago. Let me know what you think.
