My 14 yr old and I are new to pen turning. After a few slim lines we moved to as little better Wall Street 2 kit. It looks great but the plastic ? Part between the tip and the ring moves which makes almost impossible to use it. Is this a common problem with Wall Street pens. We just invested in another and have the prospects of selling some but don't want people coming back disappointed. Should the store replace it?

Thank you for your response. I will talk to WC. I thought the Sierra pens came from the same manufacturer and were just branded differently. Am I mistaken?

Nobody knows. Too many Sierra version pens out there. Go to the source you bought it and deal with them. That used to be a problem with older Sierras also.
