New to turning, and new here

Hey fellow turners,

I'm 43, and spend most of my days doing financial software. When not working or spending time with wife and 2 kids, I find I like to be out in the shop making sawdust. Just picked up a lathe about a couple months ago, and have started on the way. Still working out the kinks, but loving every minute of it.
