Just got hold of a nice little lathe ( to take with us on trips in the RV) I do have to get some #1 Morris taper parts and a couple of face plates. I'll make them from some 3/4 X16 nuts and weld on some big washers. I has an add on motor 1/3rd horse , I think that is too big ,but I'll look around for a smaller one. Is there any thing that I should look out for on the lathe?

How close are you too Dickinson. I'd like to see that lathe. We live in a motor home in Green Kaye, Dickinson, Texas. Looking for ways to turn while here.

I can send you a picture with dem. This one has an add on motor ,that I think is too large going to find a smaller one some where. OH and I think that I have found all the #1 taper parts that I need for now ,thanks to all who answered...

This is a lathe that has been around quite a while. Good little lathe. It is made in Australia and now Penn State is selling a knock off of them.
