New springs?

I put together a couple of vertex pens with the bolt action today, but they rattle and seem very loose in the action. I was thinking some stronger springs might be better for them, but does anyone know where I can find them?

You might try just stretching the springs a little.

Many hardware stores sell springs. They are usually a foot long, but can easily be cut to the length you wish.
