The PSI PKCPENAB,PKCPENAC and PKCPENAP CELTIC pen kits at a price of $13.45. That is about 10% under the PSI single kit price and a half a dollar lower than their 5-9 quantity discount price. I also have PKGAFBU bushings for this and several other PSI kits. Quantities are limited. These appear to be a decent seller for quite a few folks and like the Le Roi Elegant Royale and Le Roi Elegant LB they show a lot of the blank making the blank a more important part of the pen....
