This is my first post and I was testing the picture posting process.
I have just started turning pens and these are a couple of my first efforts. The light wood is holly and not real functional. The other is sycamore and much easier to use. thanks for looking and any comments.

Those are nice! They look like slimline kits? I just got some Sycamore blanks off eBay, and I really like the grain. If you have more photos, feel free to upload some into your photo album.

Hi Jim,

I think I have already commented on these pens on another forum, but I really like that Sycamore pen! I think you really nailed the shape there! And those accent rings are just right.
