New PayPal security???

What's up the last 2-3 days I have logged into PayPal, After my password, they hit me with a stupid digital security thing that you type what you see. Like 5 times in a row now...

Anybody else getting that, I wounder if it's something new or maybe something I provoked...


I did recently started selling a few things on eBay, some fishing reels and stuff I have collected...

Paypal is not vulnerable to Heartbleed? That is the hot one right now on sites getting patched. I have not encountered any new security on paypal

There have been some new security bugs found recently, the heartbleed bug. A lot of companies have added extra security measures until they can clean their sites.

I got one that said to make a new security code and a message would be sent to my cellular phone for extra security purposes. I bypassed it because I didn't like that idea. I get this when I log on with my IPad, but not my cell phone. It's been happening to me for 3+ weeks.

You will see this happening this weekend. A lot of company are putting SSL patch in to stop the heartbleed problem. They are suggesting to change all your passwords on every site you do business with and sites like YAHOO, Facebook, etc.
