Thought I would try something different. All blanks are Bloodwood and Maple veneer. First picture is 2 laminations, 1 on per side. I like the looks of this and thought if 2 is good 4 should be better. Composite photos are individual blanks rotated 90 degrees. They are turned between 1/2 - 5/8 dia. The smaller they get the better I like them.
The process is to cut a blank on the scroll saw and glue in a veneer strip. Let dry overnight and repeat. It takes 4 days to create 1 blank. Using Elmers white glue.
