New Desk Pen

One of my newest desk pen. Made with a Berea streamline kit. Wood is hard curly maple from Vermont. The stone is Iberville shale from Lake Champlain in Vermont and the holder is a pewter flower custom made for me.

Thought you were out of shows, where you showing your pens, now???

I only do one show a year and it is just for fun. Just set in my shop and the phone keeps ringing. 80% of sales are from my website or repeat customers. 20 % of your customers will give you 80% of your sales. Treat your customers good. It was a little slow in the late winter. Bang, in April got and order for 200 and the customer said he would take 2oo a year. Next year a different style. July brought in an order for 4oo sierra pens. I have an idea to double my sales and will have 1 or 2 others turning for me. I kind of miss setting up at shows. Do you have Acacia wood?
