New Catalin Bakelite

Dan Furlano sent some of the new Catalin for me to try. This stuff turns fairly easily and takes a very nice polish.

Very nice work with an eye-catching blank. I'm not a fan of most single piece pens, but the elegant beauties are the best of the bunch - I'll have to get some when Lau Lau gets them back in again.

I like how you can see the green swirls. Although I am partial to the material it is a great looking pen.
