Can anyone tell me which rollerball has the smallest finished diameter?
I need one smaller than a Jr. Gent 1 if it's possible.

I can't think of any. However, the RB ink can fit into an 8mm tube so a custom job may be the route to go. Depends on your targe price I suppose

New Series from Berea. Classic series at Smitty's. Basically any of those European style rollerballs will be smaller than the Jr lineup.

Grand Teton (discontinued) from Rockler is 10mm. I have a few close out kits if you need something. Turned one as my new carry pen just yesterday.
