Need to exploit your connections!

As many of you know, my job as vendor liaison is to find prizes for the Birthday Bash.

I've assembled a good variety of prizes from generous vendors and IAP members, but we always can use more - the more prizes I can find, the more prizes the membership can win!

So my question is this: does anyone on the forum have really close relationships with upper management of any companies that might donate pen-turning items to the Bash?

If you have a close relationship with a potential sponsor, or if you think there's someone that might donate that we normally don't contact, please send me a PM!

I've contacted quite a large number of sponsors already, but I'm sure there are a few that slip through the cracks, so please let me know if you know any potential sponsors that I normally don't contact for the Bash!

Is there a list of contacted vendors? That way others could look and see if anyone was missed.

I don't want to post the list of contacted vendors to avoid any public negative connotations that may arise from not donating - I'll keep my contact list secret for that reason.

So perhaps this is a futile request - just wondering if anyone had any close professional contact with any website/companies that may want to donate, who I might have missed...

Yeah and I've heard there is a gal out there named Dawn, and apparently she knows a guy named Ed, who I think does pen supply retail type stuff.....

All my connection were not glued well enough to withstand the rigor of life and fell apart.
