Need some help

I am looking for and aluminum pre drilled blank that would fit a cigar kit. Does any one know where I can get my hands on one or two?

1/2 inch diameter isn't big enough is it? I think the one bushing is like .521. All I have is 1/2 inch rod. If I remember right cigar pen is drilled 10mm. Im sure I could make it if I could find the rod and bit. Sorry im kinda thinking out loud here so to speak.

Hi there, you will need 5/8" or 16mm as the thickest part of the cap is 14.6mm, that then gives you approx 1.5mm to play with and account for inaccuracy or errors. You can use 1/2" if you turn down the lower cap fitting, you then end up with a slimmer cigar styled pen which can open up endless styling possibilities.
