I have a used Carba-Tec HM-1A mini lathe that I picked up a while back. I finally got around to trying it recently and found a broken part on handle that turns the eccentric shaft to clamp the tool rest holder. This is a two part plastic clamping handle. Per the parts manual I found online, this appears to be original, however the manual predates specific part numbers and only calls these the bush and handle. The bush fits onto the knurled end of the eccentric shaft which is about 3/8 inch in diameter. The handle then goes over this and interlocks with the fluted ridges on the outer side of the bush. Then a screw goes through the end (pivot point) of the handle to hold it on the shaft. This is all to just give the user additional leverage in the clamping shart. Here is a picture of the parts.

I would like to purchase a replacement part. Does anyone know what this setup is called? I can't find anything online quite like it but I'm probably just using the wrong term. Even better, does anyone have a link or part number for something like this?

I have seen this lathe model mentioned out there a bit but not many parts for sale.

Thank you for any thoughts you might have!
