Need Ideas and Help

My grandson's school is having a fall festival next Friday night, and I have been asked to come up with some prizes for the games for his class, need a total of 15. I can do some pens, but I think there aught to be other prizes. Any ideas?

yup. You can drill a hole through the center of a 1" think board, glue in a hardwood dowel and there isn't even much turning needed.

Whistles, easy and almost free. Can do em on a lanyard or a key ring.

How about refrigerator magnets or secret compartment key rings. They are easy to make and kids like them a lot.

My middle school daughter is into gel pens right now.

Wooden whistles are quick and easy to turn. Just drill a stopped hole (I use 3/8" drill) use dowel as a jam chuck and turn the outside. Cut the fipple and add a plug. You can make slide whistles by drilling the hole all the way through and using a dowel as a slide.
