Need help finding eraser replacements

I was approached by a customer asking for help finding eraser replacements for a custom pencil their father received years ago. Attached are pics of the pencil and eraser. I have looked in the usual places but don't seem to be finding a kit similar to these. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I may be mistaken, but I think that you're supposed to pull the eraser out of the holder and use a store bought (usually with school supplies) replacement eraser. They sell them in 5 packs. I don't have that specific kit, so I can only speak for the ones that I have seen

That looks like the flat top American style from Berea Hardwoods, although the center band is different. I just checked some from nearly 30 years ago hoping they had changed it, but it definitively is a different kit. Still, I would try contacting them as they may be of help.

Measure with a caliper and let us know what the diameter is.
