I was finally able to get into the shop last week and this is what I came up with. I've had a couple requests for these and it is the first time I've made them. The center bands are malachite. Pics taken with my new Sony Cybershot!~! As always comments and critique welcome.

Had to fill a hole with inlace

100 year old Cottonwood from local tree that fell

The centerbands are some left over cut-offs from malachite trustone.Turns and polishes like a charm! Thanks for the comments guys!
