Hello all

I've not been at this hobby very long but unfortunately due to a variety of circumstances I've found myself in a position where my lathe is sitting unused and I currently have no way of getting to use it for the foreseeable future. For that reason and also family starting reasons I've decided it's better going to a place of use than sitting in my Dads garage gathering dust.

This is obviously going to be a collection only transaction as its a lot of stuff. I've priced it what I believe to be very reasonable considering the amount of items and the original costs.

I'm including all my blanks, kits and JoWo nibs/feeds/holders, taps n dies etcetera. See below for full spec list. Pic tonight when I get back home (posting this on my phone)

It's a shame but life is like that.

I was all over your pen blanks and kit stuff... and then I went "Scotland?!". Crap. ;-)

Hahaha. That's a damn shame! It limits the prospects somewhat! I've done that too buy the other way around. You guys get all the amazing pen stuff. We have to import it all from the US and Australia of all places (to get the good stuff. )

If you split the lathe from the rest I would be interested in the lathe only!

Would you take the grinder and the chucks too?

I have no problems splitting but I don't want to be left with lathe parts that I can't get rid of.

Cheers

Gordon just want the lathe for a dedicated buffer, already have a 2 loaded woodturning lathes and a metal lathe, so if nobody wants it all it is something to think about.

Ok fair enough. What's your price?

I've seen a boat in a trailer, but never seen a boat with a trailer (What I'd need to come get it).

My experience is that you can send a larger amount over the pond in one box for less than you could send the same amount in several boxes. Several people may want to "team" up and buy most of the non-power tools, ship it to one person and then drop ship around to the group.

If people fancy this I am game.

Let me know

Otherwise it'll be split up and put on the electronic bay

Not sure if I'm allowed to do this

Hi all

I've checked the rules and I can't seem to find anything that states about posting a link in a deal thingy, but if I'm mistaken please let me know and I'll post up pics here instead...but to save double posting, I've included a link below to an auction site showing the items in question. If you fancy anything on there please get in touch and I'll remove them from the auction site.

Prices are as they are on the auction.

Many thanks

Unfortunately, if you live in the U.S. multiply that price by about 1.57. The exchange rate is not in our favor. I just purchased some items from the UK and it got spendy with the exchange rate and postage.

Hi

The blanks and chucks are sold.

The taps / dies / drills are still available, as are the pen kits and the JoWo nibs.

Offers accepted.
