My version of mass production

I thought you might get a kick out of seeing what it takes to mass produce stuff in my shop. It's "mass" for me but it's only 20 of my Sliding Collet Holders for a well known supplier.

This is making chips...

My welding table comes in handy for organization...

I worked for my Father at the family machine shop in New Bedford Massachusetts. I can say it absolutely requires love of what you do to manufacture many multiples of the same thing on what appears to be a non CnC driven machine lathe.
