Thanks for sharing the information about him. I feel like I know him now and share your loss. Sorry I never met him and I'm sorry for you and your family's loss.

Curtis, sorry for your loss. Sounds like he was a heck of a guy and left behind some great memories, cherish them.

Curtis, Our condolances to you and your family. Our prayers go with you. But one quick thought, thank you for bringing the fine gentleman home to pass among family and friends. To have subjected him to the punishment that he would have been subjected in the hospital would have been unbearable. I know, for when my wife was terminal, we brought her home for her final days. I would not take anything for those memories. Peace be with you. You did good>

Curtis,
My condolances on the the loss of this man in your life. He sounds like he must have been a wealth of knowledge and goodness. To have come into your life such a short time ago and to be so embedded speaks to his qualities as a man. May your memories and stories of him continue to enrich your lives and keep him alive in your hearts.
I hope that your Grandmother is doing well and can be comforted by having shared their lives together.

Curtis sorry to hear of your loss. Sounds like he was a happy man and you where fortunate enough to have shared in some of his memories that is priceless.

God Bless

Curtis,
My condolences also... my step mother just turned 97 her last birthday, in July... she's still going strong, but my sister says she's beginning to slow a little. She's in an assisted living center up in Corsicana.
