My new shop, all decorated

After a long time waiting, I finally have my new shop ready to go. I built out the porch and awning myself and added the signs. The grandkids are going to "help" as much as possible.

If you look at the color picture,there is a rocker there. I am also sitting in it in the b/w picture. The size is 10'x16'. It is just the right size.It is insulated,drywalled,wired, has skylights,kerosene heater, and a loft on each end.It is perfect for me to work/play/hide in.

The signs make the shop...it looks fast, ha ha ha. All kidding aside, it looks great...ahhh, the dream...moving out of the garage, ha ha ha.

The only thing fuzzy is the owner.:wink: I moved out of a corner of my garage to this.No more falling over the grands toys,looking all over for a tool,stinking up the house with deer antler .............! I just hope I don't get lost with all of the room.

I've been meaning to put a deck on mine since it was built... haven't even gotten the steps built to get inside... just use a stack of cement blocks...

Thanks. The porch is just 4x8.Still,just right for the size of the shop. I don't have a microwave,but there is a coffee pot. Come by and have a cup on the porch with me sometime.

I really like your little shop... reminds me of the one I had in Houston...

It was 9 x 10 inside, but had a 10 x 14 pad next to it that was probably a dog run that took down and added posts for a lanai...
