I just purchased another Laguna lathe. I will use one Laguna for drilling, one for turning and I have a turncrafter for polishing. That way, no liquids get near the other two lathes. I hate having to change all the tools to go from drilling to turning so that is the reason behind the purchase of the second lathe. Normally I wouldn't be able to have an extra lathe, but we unexpectedly came into a small amount of money and this is where part of it went thanks to my always supportive wife!

I can't think of a better place to "put" the small amount that came your way !!!

It sure won't go to "waist" !!!!

I was thinking/working along the same lines when pens were my living. Delta Midi for turning/drilling. Jet mini for finishing, and an old Craftsman one-tube Lathe that I cut the tube (lathe bed) down to just long enough to accommodate buffing wheels. Since I cannot stand for hardly any time at all, these were all on short stands, in a semi-circle so I could do all the steps from my rolling/ vari-height stool without ever needing to stand up. You seem to have a nice setup there, Laguna-man
