My latest - fluted knife handle.

I picked up a few of the hobby knife holders a while back. Finally got to execute my vision. I made a fluting jug for my lathe. Sort of a copy of the one Pennstate used to sell. For clearance reasons I made a sled for my Dremel. Can't help it, I loved ebonite. It stinks and is rough on tools. I need a better way to polish the flutes.

I like the jig. Is very doable with pens as well. A+++

I recently started making hexagonal ferrules for the kits as well. I can see taking inspiration from your fluting jig in the future.

Conway Stewart polishes up so nice, but did the fluting was messy, it melted and took a toll on the hand sanding.
