I was given a free reign on this one, he wanted a pen with an "outdoors" theme,
it took me far too long to come up with this, but the customer is happy they are complete now.
I started out just making the Liberty ballpoint, but a set seemed to fit this theme better so thats what I went for.

My interpretation of what was asked for ,

Terra Australis - The blue and green resins represent the coastal strip, and the she-oak pods represent the life those areas support, the York Gum Burl represents the harshness of the interior, the brass strips represent the treasure hidden within.

Just when I think I'm getting somewhere making pens someone shows me how I need to keep on learning. Those are excellent at its best.

Thats what I like about penturning, there is always something else to learn.

Time is my main constraint, if only I could squeeze another 2 hours into every day.......:rolleyes:
