My First Wood Mallet

Finally, a little shop time. Can you believe I didn't own even one wooden mallet? So I made this one out of scrap I had in the shop. Wenge and Maple.
I think I'll make a couple of other styles and one dead-blow mallet before the year is up.

I used some old black graphite epoxy from when I used to make golf clubs. Seems to still hold.
