turned it last week. It is cherry sanded to 600 with 3 coats CA. I wanted more mass near the ink, I like pens balanced that way. I realize it could be more symmetrical. I decided turning a slimline was boring, so I left the clip of and made this.

Hey, Crokett, there is no "right" way to turn any of these pens. So if you feel a certain inspiration, then do it and show us the result. That's how we all learn. As I look at your pen, I do think that it might be a rather comfortable pen to write with. One complaint I have heard from several people is that the Slimline pens are too thin to write easily with. Your design solves that. Thanks for posting these, and welcome from Washington State.

Thanks for posting! If it looked like you wanted it to, then good for you!. Make sure you keep this pen and then, after you have dumped several thousand dollars and hours into this addiction, pull it out and compare it to your work your doing then. :wink:
