These are some of the things I enjoy making instead of pens, they just let me sit and relax using my sander and my Foredom engraver. A little sanding and some mineral oil and they are done. I have these and about a dozen more in the works.

Really nice looking! My fiancé uses wooden utensils when she cooks but they're all just bland and basic. No way I'm showing her your works of art. I would be busy trying to figure out how to make them.

Those are superb. The second set with the strongly contrasting grain...what is that? The third set...push/pull sticks for the oven? Love it!

Those are Cherry from the same board, the next is Zebrawood and then Push/Pull sticks made from black loimba and then a Cherry and Walnut piece.

Beautiful work . Are these carved from green wood or , as you use a foredom, is it seasoned wood ?

Green wood working is experiencing a revival over here. I enjoy pole lathe wood work and have tried spoon carving ( wet wood ) and it's kind of relaxing but often you end up blood doning ! Now I have some carving gloves to reduce the tendency 😉
