Much better than my 1st. What threads did you use for your cap? What nib? Details . . . . . . . we need details.:curse: . . . . . Just kidding.:biggrin:
But it does help us to get a perspective of the size just by knowing the cap threads. But measurements of the length, cap diameter & barrel diameter are nice too.

the cap and the barrel went well...i went through 3 pieces, it was the nib housing i kept blowing out when i tapped or drilled...so i made a collar for the outside threads....

the cap thread is M14x1, barrel inside thread for the nib housing 10x1...i'm not really up on my nib size numbers..i just went through the warehouse and grabbed one...it is pretty small..i believe its the same nib that a Majestic Jr. uses...overall length about 6.2 (a little long) cap about 2.7"- OD .693", bottom barrel about 3.8"- OD .6", nib housing 1" w threads...
