My First Elgrande Pen

This was my first attempt at making a Elgrande pen. I made this first one out of bias cut black walnut . I got the kits and some acrylic acetate blanks from Lee Valley on my way back from Ontario last week when I was coming through Saskatchewan.
I have seen some of these Elgrande's made with acrylic acetate but at the pice of those blanks I thought it was best to practice with free wood on my first one.
