my FIRST 'cross cut' !!!!

I did my first 'cross cut' Slimline this weekend.........
Not to bad!! (...for this novice)
Wood type is 'Rhodesian Teak'

You can get some new looks out of cross cutting and miter cutting your wood. nice pen.

Everytime I think standard slimlines can't show off the wood grain I get proved wrong. Nice looking pen!

Nice work. Not nit picking, but it looks bias cut to me, am I wrong?

Bias - cut on the diagonal
X-cut - grain runs across the blank
straight - grain runs top to bottom
