I've been wanting to try my hand at a bandsaw box ever since I got my new Rikon a couple of months ago - finally had a good excuse with our 6 yo granddaughter spending the weekend with us.

It's just a crude, simple little jewelry box & the finish is not very even, but I was hurrying to finish it before she goes back home this evening. She likes it & I had fun, so that's all that really counts. :)

It is always fun to make something for the grandkids but even more so when they are there.
My grandson was up from at Atlanta this weekend and we worked on a cork rifle-pop gun together.
Great looking box.
Am glad you are enjoying the Rikon.
