My First Bandsaw Box

I've been wanting to try my hand at a bandsaw box ever since I got my new Rikon a couple of months ago - finally had a good excuse with our 6 yo granddaughter spending the weekend with us.

It's just a crude, simple little jewelry box & the finish is not very even, but I was hurrying to finish it before she goes back home this evening. She likes it & I had fun, so that's all that really counts.

It is always fun to make something for the grandkids but even more so when they are there.
My grandson was up from at Atlanta this weekend and we worked on a cork rifle-pop gun together.
Great looking box.
