My First 2 Casts

Just sharing what my first 2 casts with the pressure pot looked like:

I made a total of 32 blanks in the 2 casting sessions. 3/4" and 1/2" PVC pipe were used for the molds. Most, if not all, of these blanks will be used to make Mother's Day pens.

They look good. Did you use those tube plugs for PVC pipe?

Yes, I did. I'm still playing with the correct size for the 1/2" tubes, but the 3/4" (the ones I'm selling) work great. With the rack I made to hold the tubes upright, I can cook 16 blanks at the same time. A real time saver.
