As I've said many times. "Education will cure ignorance, stupidity is forever" What is really scarey is that the same people who sat on the jury can vote and even worse have children.

Guys our system has some glaring problems and honestly were are not part of this case or a jury member so there maybe a lot we dont know.

But I would rather see a few judgments like this a year than live in a country where a privileged few decide who among us IS smart enough to be a citizen with the rights and privileges that go with it!

Excellent point. Lawsuits & malpractice costs have to be built into medical costs. That means we pay for it.
