My little Olivia turned three today. In our house, daddy makes the cakes. Here was what consumed my time last night instead of being able to work the lathe. She loved her girly super hero party and her super O cake.

Enjoy those Birthdays My youngest just turned 16 this week and got her drivers permit. She also baked her own Birthday cake. Was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. They grow up tooooo fast.

I'm with the others, enjoy these years... they don't last.
I was a single father from my son's age 5 and seems like he just wasn't a baby long enough... he'll turn 38 this coming June... if I had my druthers, he'd never gotten past and stayed 10 years old.. I think that's the perfect age for a boy... he old enough you can carry on a conversation with him, he still young enough to be in awe of the world. We're still close, just wish he didn't live so far away.
