My almost kitless contest pen.

Unknown wood and ebonite. My daughter said it must be turd wood. I guess cause it looks similar. The clip was repurposed from an Olympian elite. I started with a leftover nib that wasn't doing a good job and replaced it with a Bock. I watched a YouTube video on masters of the pen series about a Japanese maker who put the cap threads below the nib, and wanted to try it. I used tung oil as a finish

If it's a 6, it should still be under warranty, or did you get insurance on it? Looks to me like bad pixels (defective sensor)...

I like the wood, it looks like a piece of Walnut, with some of the sap wood showing.
