Most Exclusive Pen kits?

I have a customer who has asked about pens with solid gold parts.

I know of the limited edition Statesman and Emperor pens, but are there any other pen kits out there with solid gold parts, instead of plated metals? Those kits only have solid gold nibs.

To the best of my knowledge, none of the suppliers have kits made of solid gold...
First of all solid gold would be soft and likely to not stand up like well plated parts would.
In fact I believe not even the highest priced commercial pens are solid gold... some might have solid gold trim, but not all gold pens...

CSU offers Gold Standard in the euro, rollerball, and fountain pen. Although plated, they claim it is 22k gold that is four times the thickness of others and claim to be unconditionally guaranteed.
