Bob's alumilite is pretty popular in my shop. :)

Here are the last two that I made up with his blanks.

First is a blue with bronze and silver - sort of a molten metals theme.
Second is red and violet - button filler.

I've got one of his Alumilite blanks in a two color blue that's taking me a while to figure out how to not mess it up. You're starting to tempt me to make the effort.

I really like that first one.

Don't worry about messing it up! :) Just have fun with it!

If it's transparent you may need to spend more time on fine sanding and polishing to get a nice shine out of it. After these pics were taken I hit mine against the buffer with some auto wax to help it out. Made a huge difference.

Thanks!

I just asked Bob to make a red/violet swirl blank in the same sort of style as the red/black blanks he's made for me before. So it's just a red/violet swirl in alumilite. :)
