This is ebonite with PR inlays. Chunky, the barrel is 13.75mm. Cap's a little bigger. Thanks for looking.

THAT IS AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING PEN!!!!
The inlays and color scheme on the body are beautiful and ties in very well
with the contrasting cap.

Looks awesome! I would love to know how you shape your inlays. I think I could get the slots, it is just the slices to go in them that would be tough IMO.

The slots and the inlays are cut on a CNC mill. Each of the inlays are then shaped and fitted by hand. There's probably a more efficient way to do it (like writing a G code program that will cut them perfectly), but that way I miss the frustration of sanding down my fingertips and putting a little DNA into each pen!
